Pearl has introduced their XTREME, and SlimCut SRT line of diamond wheels for metal cutting applications.
These wheels designed to cut metal, stainless steel and a variety of ferrous metals with less odour and debris compared to conventional abrasives.
The Xtreme is engineered with a high concentration of diamonds and an extremely strong bond.
The wheel features fast cutting speeds compared to conventional bonded abrasives and much longer life. It is efficient because it reduces the need to change wheels frequently, which increases productivity.
The shape of Pearls Xtreme wheel also does not change over time, so the size of the wheel remains consistent from the first cut to the last.
The Xtreme is available in 4-1/2-, 5-, 6-, 7-, 9-, 12- and 14-inches.
The SlimCut SRT is engineered with Pearl’s propriety SRT grain and bond mixture, which makes this wheel cut faster and last much longer than other abrasive thin cut-off wheels on the market.
The SlimCut is also an INOX wheel, which does not contaminate stainless steel, making it ideal for use when manufacturing and fabricating food storage and processing equipment. It is available in 4-1/2-, 5-, 6- and 7-inches in Type 1 and Type 27.
