In this video our editor Jim Anderton talks with Michael Stock of Prima Power at FABTECH 2013 in Chicago this past November.
Stock showed off the company’s Fast Bend, which Stock described as an alternative to the conventional press brake.
“Its niche market is somebody who’s doing a large variety of parts, that are fairly complicated, but in fairly small lot sizes,” says Stock.
As Stock explains, the goal of the machine is to reduce the amount of time spent on set-up, therefore allowing the user to get more parts made, more quickly.
