Multicyl cylinders are uniquely suited to a variety of custom tube pierce applications.

The compact design, positional versatility, and self-adjusting stroke enable Multicyl to accommodate tube piercing applications that are difficult with traditional punching methods.

Radial punching, punching multiple tube walls, and punching tubes with challenging shapes are all candidates for custom tube piercing machines which can be difficult in a press – shown is the standard “double horizontal” tube pierce.

The company also an excellent choice for secondary operations on tubing.  The tube piercing machines require only a supply of shop air.  Tooling can be supplied or Multicyl can work with existing tube pierce tooling.
