This customer’s solution began with an abrasive nylon-filament brush, engineered specifically to deburr the part without impacting specifications or tolerances.  Central to the solution was the Abtex Deburring System’s ability to efficiently process an expansive number of different part styles and sizes with little to no set-up and or down time due to part changeover.

 
Recipe driven functionality allows the operator to change settings by just inputting the stored part number.  Touch-screen control makes the process nearly effortless and provides ready access to all functions.  Built in safeties and logic protection insure that each part is properly seated guaranteeing proper parallelism between the part and brush as well as protecting the machine and operator from an unintended mishap.
