Delcam is expanding its North American team.

Cory Barrette, Michael Belanger and Jonathon Artiss have been added to Delcam’s support team in Windsor.
The company has announced the addition three new members to the team: Cory Barrette, Michael Belanger and Jonathon Artiss.
The three men will join the post-sales support team for Delcam North America, adding more than forty years’ extra toolmaking experience to the team. The appointments continue the growth of Delcam’s North American staff in response to the increasing demand for the company’s CADCAM software.
“I am pleased to announce the addition of three extremely talented individuals to our support team. Between them, Cory, Michael and Jonathan have more than forty years’ experience in programming and toolmaking. I am confident that they will help our growing number of customers to become even more productive with their Delcam software,” says Gordon Maxwell, Application Support Manager at Delcam North America.
Before joining Delcam, Cory Barrette had spent more than eighteen years in the tool and mold industry in a variety of companies in the Windsor area. He gained experience in using a variety of CAM systems, including Delcam’s PowerMILL and FeatureCAM software, to program many different types of machine tool.
Since completing his apprenticeship in 2001, Michael Belanger has worked as a CNC machinist in two of the largest toolmaking companies in Ontario, Active Burgess Mold & Design and Integrity Tool & Mold. For most of that time, he was using PowerMILL for five-axis and high-speed machining. In addition to his programming responsibilities, Michael also assisted in the training of new employees.
Jonathan Artiss began his career with a manufacturer of custom furniture. He moved into toolmaking in 2005, becoming skilled at creating 3D models from prints and programming the manufacture of molds, slides and inserts. Jonathan gained his formal qualification as a machinist from St. Clair College in 2010.
