MISSISSAUGA, Ont. – Linde Canada has acquired Contact Welding Supplies Ltd., an independent industrial gases and welding equipment distributor based out of London, Ontario.

Chris Ebeling, vice president and general manager for Linde Canada, said in a statement, “The acquisition of Contact Welding strengthens Linde Canada’s market position in the southwestern ontario corridor, which is a key part of our overall Canadian growth strategy.”

Contact Welding has been a distributor of industrial, medical and specialty gases, and welding gases and equipment, in the London and Sarnia area for 17 years.
