Okuma America Corporation has announced the world debut of the MU-10000H, a new 5-axis, high-speed, horizontal machining centre, to be shown for the first time at IMTS 2012 (Okuma Booth S-8500). The MU-10000H is Okuma’s largest CNC machine, designed for ultra-challenging applications for aerospace machining, heavy equipment and other large parts.
The machine provides users with a high-performance, long-lasting, and efficient horizontal machining centre. Built on Okuma’s thermo-friendly concept, the machine can run from a cold start because it resists thermal deformation, minimizing thermal growth.
