QUEBEC—H2O Innovation Inc. has won $2.8 million in new contracts for custom-built water treatment systems for industrial and municipal customers in the U.S. and Canada.
The agreements bring the Quebec-based companys order backlog to $28.6 million.
The most significant of the new contracts is to design, fabricate, deliver and install a wastewater treatment and water reuse system for an unnamed industrial customer in the oil and gas sector in northern Alberta.
The above-ground system will be used to treat sanitary wastewater from the clients work camp.
Another contract will see the company build and deliver a nanofiltration, reverse osmosis system for the production of drinking water for the City of Hillsboro, N.D.
Under other contracts, the company will manufacture and deliver smaller reverse osmosis membrane water treatment systems to industrial and municipal end-users in the U.S. and Canada.
