MonTREAL Bombardier Aerospace has agreed to renew all of Sonaca Montreals contracts for the manufacture of wing panels for 2014-2018.

Financial terms of the letter of intent were not immediately available.

Sonaca Montreal, a subsidiary of Belgian group Sonaca SA, has supplied wing panels for Bombardiers regional and business aircraft since 2003.

We wish to renew our contracts with Bombardier Aerospace to confirm our position as a world leader in the integration of manufacturing large aluminum aircraft structures, Sonaca Montreal chief executive Philippe Hoste said Friday.

Sonaca Montreal employs more than 310 people in Mirabel, Que.
