EXSYS Tool, Inc. has announced the opening of a new facility in Brampton, Ontario.

The facility will be an extension of the company’s main headquarters, which is based in San Antonio, Florida. The Brampton location will allow EXSYS Canada to provide manufacturers with their modular toolholding systems and provide local service and applications support.

The PRECI-FLEX is an example of the type of modular toolholding systems EXSYS Tool offer.

The new facility opens February 1st, and will warehouse all of the company’s toolholding system product lines, as well as office space for sales and administrative personnel.

Scott Leitch of EXSYS Tool, said in a statement, “We continue to support Canada’s economic growth and to help keep its manufacturing competitive with overseas markets.”

“By strengthening our presence in Canada, we are able to provide local and instantaneous product and applications support to Canada’s manufacturers, as well as help them reduce machine set-up times and increase productivity.”

By virtue of having the location in Brampton, shipping and logistics for EXSYS and its customers will become more cost effective. The company will ship orders from the new facility’s warehouse, as opposed to using it only as a distribution centre.

The address of the new facility is 18 Strathearn Ave. in Brampton, Ontario.
