Gibbs and Associates, developer of GibbsCAM software for programming CNC machine tools, have joined Okuma America’s Partners in THINC.

The group is a collaborative network of over 40 companies that service the metal-cutting and manufacturing industry.

Mr. Gibbs was recently the speaker at the Okuma “Go Beyond Productivity to Profitability” open house, in Houston, Texas, on November 15, wher machine-tool distributor Hartwig used GibbsCAM to program Okuma machine tools in a demonstration.

Gibbs has provided modular solutions for Okuma’s 3-axis mills, 2-axis lathes, multi-axis and multi-tasking machines for over 30 years.
