Samchully Workholding has introduced its series of Air Chucks, model PAC.  

The pneumatic power chucks are designed for the pipe threading industry and other applications requiring a large through-hole.  

The Samchully air chucks range in size from 18.5” with a 7.5” through hole (PAC-470/191) to 39.3” with a 22” through hole (PAC-1000/560).  

The full range of Samchully PAC chucks includes through holes, in addition to the two sizes listed above, of 9” (230 mm), 10.8” (275mm), 12.79” (325 mm) and 14.76” (375 mm).  All of the PAC air chucks are extended stroke versions with total jaw strokes up to 1” (25.4 mm).  

Samchully Workholding offers full turn key installation with trained, experienced technicians and offer PAC installations with a front mount or front and rear mount chucks. In addition to the power chucks, Samchully also offers a variety of manual scroll and independent chucks.  

The FTC series of heavy-duty scroll chucks offer through holes of 7.6”(FTC-535 21” chuck), 10.8” (FTC-610 24” chuck) and 14.76” (FTC-810 32” chuck).  

The IC-24 is also available. This 4-jaw independent chuck has a 12.59” through hole (320mm). These chucks can be mounted in a variety of combinations with power, scroll and independent on the front or rear of the spindle.
