COE Press Equipment will highlight its “Value-Added” Series Cut-to-Length (CTL) lines capability at FABTECH 2014. At their booth, B4416, will exhibit their products, aimed at fabricators and metal stampers who are looking to achieve the cost savings associated with producing blanks in-house. In-house CTL lines can provide manufacturers with better operational control, improved quality, process streamlining, scrap reduction, and reduced overall processing costs.

COE’s “Value-Added” Series CTL lines are built using standard COE equipment that is configured to meet each customer’s specific needs. The CTL systems can process coil from 12”- 72” wide, .010”- .250” material thickness, and 6,000# 60,000# coil weights in a variety of materials including CR Steel, HR Steel, Galvanized, Stainless, Pre-painted and Aluminum. Other benefits include process streamlining and scrap reduction.
