The No. 918 is a gas-heated, 350°F shelf oven from Grieve used for a variety of lower temperature heat processing operations.

Workspace dimensions measure 68 in. w x 30 in. diameter x 66 in. high. 100,000 BTU/hr. are installed in a modulating natural gas burner, while a 1000 CFM, 1-HP recirculating blower provides horizontal airflow to the workload.

This Grieve shelf oven features an aluminized steel exterior and Type 430 stainless steel interior with 4 in. thick insulated walls, integrally welded construction and silicone rubber door gasket.

No. 918 has onboard all safety devices required by IRI, FM and NFPA Standard 86 for gas-heated equipment, including a 325 CFM, 1/3-HP powered forced exhauster. In addition, a digital indicating temperature controller displays actual and set point values. Two nickel-plated wire shelves are included with channel shelf supports to prevent tipping.
