The newest addition to Lincoln Electric’s popular Power Wave family, the C300, is a portable, multi-process power source designed with high end functionality for a variety of materials and applications.

It is ideal for applications and materials wher arc performance is critical, including aluminum, stainless steel and nickel. The Power Wave C300 provides one machine for nearly every weld job imaginable including production welding, construction, aerospace, automotive repair, general fabrication or a training environment. It features Lincoln’s new patent-pending PowerConnect Technology, which allows you to automatically switch from 200-600 volts, 50 or 60 hertz and single- or three-phase welding with no manual reconnect.

This technology provides a constant welding output with an input line voltage compensation range of up to +43 per cent and down to -60-per cent when used on 460 VAC input. The C300 also utilizes the latest patent pending Tribrid Power Module that offers 88 per cent efficiency at 250 amps and a power factor of 0.97 for low operating costs. The high-speed iArc digital controls are more than 90 times faster than the previous generation, with Ethernet included as a standard feature. The advanced interface allows the user to customize the machine’s processes and settings for multiple operators.

The C300 features eight memory locations to easily and quickly recall procedures with the ability to lock in operator limits to ensure quality.
