Emuge Corp. has introduced Conical Ball Nose End Mills designed for the machining of specific components in automotive, aerospace, energy and HVAC manufacturing sectors.

The end mills are conical in shape, with an accurate ball nose capable of machining impellers, blisks, turbine blades and tire profiles without a single tool change during three axes and five axes operations. Offering an application-specific solution, these tools are available in a range of sizes.

Uncoated designs mill aluminum and specialty steels including nickel-chrome steels and Inconel. End mills with a TiALN coating can machine steel materials at up to 45 Rc as well as cast and non-ferrous metals. The end mills are available in two standard forms, one with shorter flute lengths for increased rigidity. In addition, special tools made to customer specifications are offered.
