The U slotted shape insert shims can be photo etched or laser cut.

Generally, when thickness is below 0.015''( 0.4 mm), we will photo etched the shims, the edges of the shim will be very smooth without any burr, and you do not need be worried about that the shim will cut finger, they are safe to use!

When thickness is more than 0.015'', we will laser cut them for you, and lead time is about 3-5 days according to the quantity you need.
